Do you take custom order?
Yes, we love to do custom orders. We’ll communicate through every step of the process to make sure the client receives a unique custom piece of furniture.
* * * We will not start on any order or purchase any piece or materials until the order is paid in full.
Do I have to pay upfront for a custom order?
Yes, we operate like all any other retailer. In order to begin an order we must have payment in full.
Once we have a clear understanding of the style of furniture the client is looking for we will create a custom listing. When the full payment is received we will start work on the project.
* If the client is looking for a specific type of furniture for example a 1920’s pie cabinet. We will shop around for the piece and let the client choose the piece they like best. Then go through the refinishing process together.
Any materials needed will be purchased once the full payment is received.
How long does a custom order take?
The processing time varies depending on the number of custom orders we are working on at the time.
Delays in processing may occur if materials requested are out of stock backordered or delayed in shipping due to customs, tariffs or covid.
Orders typically take 8-10 weeks provided we have all of the materials requested in stock and there are no major changes during the custom process.
Can I cancel my custom order?
Yes, however 50% of the full listing price is non refundable.
Custom furniture is tailored to the individual requesting the piece. All furniture and/or materials for furniture are purchased with a the individual buyer mind.
Please keep in mind we function as any large scale business. Time is money.
If the client persists with a cancelation request once custom work has begun the refund will reflect labor costs.
* The labor will be deducted from the remaining 50% of the refundable amount.
Again time is money. It takes time to source furniture pieces, design, purchase materials, break down, refinish, and arrange shipping. It’s nothing personal, it’s business and businesses have to compensate the staff for their labor.
I want a custom piece of furniture, but I’m indecisive.
Pinterest is full of ideas, it’s hard to narrow them down. Don’t worry, it’s our specialty. We don’t just repaint, we redesign.
We’ll take all of those pins and work them into a one of a kind pinner winner piece of furniture.

It has to be said a dozen and one times, custom orders are not fully refundable. If you’re still on the fence after the free design consultations don’t impulse by expecting a full refund. Unfortunately custom pieces and custom materials are buyer specific.
Can I buy furniture listed in The Gallery?
Of course, we’d consider a replica a custom order. We’d work through the custom order process to make sure a replica is what you’re looking for.
You would be surprised at how many people want the exact piece of furniture we have listed in our gallery or on Pinterest and design their own unique piece of furniture.

Options available to reduce listing price.
1. Choose hardware, lighting, wallpaper or back paneling from our in stock selections. We have a variety of options in multiple styles.
2. Flexible shipping options. We only ship via major freight lines which is rather prices, but is guaranteed and insured.
– If your willing to pick up the furniture from your local freight terminal it will reduce the overall purchase price.
– You are welcome to arrange your own shipping through USHIP. We do not recommend this service, but would be happy to deduct freight costs from the overall purchase price if the client has made alternative shipping arrangements.

What is White Glove service?
White glove service is in home delivery. A third party will contact the buyer directly and set up a delivery window. The service includes delivery inside a ground floor, set-up and debris removal.
Does White Glove service cost more?
There is an additional fee for white glove service. White glove can be added at checkout.
Do you have coupon codes?
We do run sales to coincide with major retailers. If we have a specific discount or sale the information will be in the header or via email.
