Shipping Policies
Parcel Shipping Times
Outside of this holiday seasons, each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. In-stock items will ship within 3-5 business days once the shipping label is generated by the shipper . Once your order leaves our shop, it should arrive in 3-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preferences and shipping season delays.
Please note that your order may experience delays due to a high volume of orders during holidays.
Freight Shipping Times
We are experiencing longer than normal shipping delays due to covid related restrictions.
Furniture usually ships 1-2 weeks after purchased date.
Pick-up is scheduled upon purchase, however the furniture must also be packaged to carriers requirements prior to pick-up. For example boxed, boxed on a pallet, crated, skid, etc.
Once the furniture is picked up shipping is usually 3-5 business days from terminal to terminal. Delays may occur due to holiday, weather related restrictions and/or covid.
Please keep in mind these estimates were prior to 2019 and all covid related closures, lay-offs and staff shortages. Times may vary due to the above restrictions and delays associated with covid-19/
We are a small business, we do not have any partnerships for parcel or freight shipping services.
Furniture Shipping
Furniture cannot be shipped internationally. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable.
Large furniture will be shipped via freight and delivered curbside.
If you’d like the furniture delivered inside and set up we offer white glove service for an additional fee. White glove delivery is available for an additional fee. More information is available on our FAQ’s page.
Please note: We are unable to make cancellations or order edits for furniture once the order is placed. Additional shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions and transit times.
We advise requesting insurance for large items prior to checkout. As a small business we do not guarantee shipping and are not guaranteed shipping by the shippers. Purchasing insurance on the shipment provides the buyer with protection should loss or damage occurs during shipping.
Tracking Freight
Freight shipping does not track like parcel service. Please keep that in mind. We will do our best to provide updates, unfortunately the BOL numbers change with each scan or transfer.
We are a small business and do not have the staff dedicated to each area of operation corporations have access to. as a result there may be delays in response time as we function with limited staff on limited hours. We appreciate your help and patience.
Local Furniture Delivery
Large furniture shipped within neighboring metro cities will be delivered blanket wrapped and include inside ground floor delivery. If you require upstairs delivery service please let us know prior to checkout. An additional charge maybe applied.
